Since its foundation over a hundred years ago,
Favrichon’s headquarters
have always been in Saint Symphorien de Lay (42) – a small town of just
2,000 inhabitants, nestled in the heart of the French countryside, a stone’s
throw from the Loire river in the foothills of the Massif Central mountain
range.
Favrichon has been producing ready-to-eat breakfast cereals for over a
century, using cereal grains obtained directly from local farmers and
cooperatives which are then processed to make flakes, crunchy cereals,
granola and fruit & cereal mixes.
This is carried out in our 4,500m2 facility by a team of highly skilled
employees, whose years of working alongside senior staff members have
given them unrivalled experience in the manufacture of breakfast cereals.
Quality is very much a priority at Favrichon. We are certified ISO 9001 v 2000, meaning our customers requirements and work practices are respected to the letter throughout the entire production process.
Our team produces a broad range of "Favrichon" brand products, all made with organic ingredients and fully certified by ECOCERT, an independent organic certification agency (address: BP 47, 32600 L’Isle Jourdain, France).
