Crispy extruded cereals

The clean grains are then ground into flour and blended with other components according to a precise formula.
Water is added and the mixture is then cooked briefly. The resulting cereal paste passes through a mould to give it the desired form: round, loops or flakes, for example.
The same method is also used in the manufacture of pasta, though of course our product doesn’t need to be boiled in water before being served !

A final oven dries the delicious, crispy cereal that we all know and love.
