Cereal grain preparation

The cereals are obtained directly from selected farmers or cooperatives able to guarantee organic origin and ensure the very highest quality standards to give the finished product its rich taste and nutritional qualities.

Freshly harvested wheat, barley, oats, rice, rye and spelt are first cleaned and dehusked to remove any impurities left over from the harvest, such as grass, seeds, or straw, using a grid and suction sorting system.

The grain is now ready to be processed into a ready-to-eat food product.
